Notice:

On Wednesday 1st February, 2023 the Companies Registry at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs launched its new and re-designed Companies Registry Online System (CROS) for the electronic submission of all documents from business/ company formation through all life stages of the entity (including notices and other filings).

CROS facilitates the digital filing of paperwork and, as at this time, fully replaces the manual (over the counter) system of doing business at the Companies Registry.

To access CROS, registration for a Companies Registry Account (CRA) is required. You can register for a CRA by visiting the linked website. Once your account is created, you will be issued:

• an Account Name/ username
• an Account Password
• an Account PIN

You will then be able to log in to the CROS as per the interface below.

Authorisations and Next Steps

If you are instructing us to assist with the filing of your company governance and compliance documents, you MUST authorise us to complete transactions in the ‘My Account’ section of your profile on the dashboard and our connection with that Company/Business must first be received and approved by the Companies Registry.

Please complete all required sections thoroughly to prevent delays.

Important Notes and FAQs

1. Each business owner and officer (Director, Secretary or Partner) MUST create a unique profile with an individual email address that will be used to facilitate CROS business including associations and approvals.

2. The documents required to set up your CRA are (scanned/ PDF copies):

• Birth Certificate;
• 2 forms of valid photo identification
• a headshot/ selfie holding a form of ID next to your face

3. To add an association (with a company or business), you will also need the ID # (Business Identifier / Company Identifier) of the entity.
