By virtue of Legal Notices dated 24th November, 2022 under the hand of the Honourable Attorney General, there have been extensions for compliance for processes under the remit of the Office of the Attorney General and the Ministry Legal Affairs. Accordingly, those extensions include company filings under the Registrar General’s Department that have been extended from 2nd December, 2022 to 14th April 2023.
As such, the amnesty from penalties for companies is in place until 14th April 2023. As always, we encourage clients to take advantage of these amnesties. Under this extension for compliance, you can ensure that your filings are up to date without penalty.
