Notice:

In today’s updates at Companies Registry: the extension for compliance with certain legal requirements at the Registrar General’s Department (including filing of Annual Returns and other notices) previously expiring on November 14, 2023 has now been extended to February 14, 2024. Refer to the Release dated October 31, 2023 below for further details.

In other important updates, in October 2023 the Registrar General’s Department has pushed electronic signatures in the CROS system live in line with its thrust to achieve fully digital and paperless filings. However, at this time e-signatures can only be generated on documents that individuals file in CROS on their own behalf (i.e. not using a third party).
