Legal Affairs Amnesty:

In today’s update at Companies Registry (Legal Affairs Amnesty): the extension for compliance with certain legal requirements at the Registrar General’s Department, including the filing of Annual Returns and other notices previously scheduled to come to an end on February 14, 2024 has now been extended to August 14, 2024 in accordance with Legal Notice No. 26 of 2024.

Several other extensions for compliance under the general amnesty have also been announced, details of which will be shared soon.
